Reflection Through Connection CPD Day.

The day will be experiential in nature exploring connection through a somatic lens. 

Presence and connection are really important in therapy and noticing when and how we are in connection with the other is crucial.

Understanding and feeling connection to the other, or, recognising when connection is not possible can help with healing patterns of disconnection.

Participants will uncover insights into their own ability and capacity to connect and know more about how they may struggle to connect in certain situations.

The somatic aspect to the day will become clear through the exercises that will be explored in pairs throughout the day.

The body holds the information and the exercises are design to reveal the information and the potential to move through blocks to deeper connections.

There will be a maximum of 10 participants on the day to enable a close working group and enough time and space for everyone to explore whatever is uncovered.

The venue:

Errisbeg House, Barton Turn, Barton under Needwood, DE13 8EB

There is plenty of parking available at the venue and there is a kitchen and fridge for those wanting to bring food for lunch.

There are shops locally for those wanting to have lunch close by and Barton Marina is a short drive away for a lunchtime walk.

The training room is on the first floor and their are stairs to access this.

CPD Certificate:

A certificate of attendance will be available for attending the day. 6 hours CPD
